Mini Beef Box £50
Contains a mixture of fore and hind quarter. Individually priced the value of a mini beef box is ovber £55 and will contain approximately;
- 1 x roasting joint (estimated box price is based on 2 x 700g topside joints but this can be tailored to your requirements)
- 2 x regular mince (lean ‘best’ mince also available at an additional charge)
- 2x rump steaks (sirloin, ribeye, fillet or T-bone also available as an upgrade option, if you would like anything other than rump steaks then please let us know when ordering)
- 2 x Diced casserole packs (slabs or diced, please let us know your preference)
- 1 x 2 packs beef burgers (choose from Classic Beef , GF or Onion & Black pepper )

It is recommended that you email to pre-order and have it cut to your requirements and ready for collection
We have fresh beef the third week of every month except January. It is hung for at least three weeks, then expertly cut to our customer’s requirements.
